Church Street Apartments at 27 Church Street, Port Byron, New York.

This place is absolutely terrible. If something breaks or goes wrong is impossible to get anyone to fix it. The hallways and floors are disgusting since they've allowed dogs to live here. Constantly dogs off of leashes outside and the whole building is infested with fleas, even people who have no animals. The landlord is only in on Wednesday and Thursday and will literally say anything to make you go away and not solve the problem. They will say you didn't pay your rent or have late fees, and when you show them the receipts they will act like it was a misunderstanding and lie. I would recommend anyone even considering moving in here to find literally ANY other place if they can, this place is a slum lord's wet dream.
